Mandy and Sunrise, 2008

2001 - Sunrise is about 2 years old. She is the second born to Sassy. She is extremely sweet. Sunrise has suffered some stunted growth and will be small like her sister, Mandy. Sunrise, Mandy and Ladybug were all adopted by a family in Piedmont. (McClain County rescue, December 2001

Update March 2008: Sunrise is a sweet 7 year old, Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Mare that is seeking a forever, loving home with her sister Mandy. Sunrise loves attention, she is a pocket pony, very well mannered and behaved. Sunrise stands for the farrier, easy to catch, easy to load and will do anything you ask of her. Sunrise originally came into our rescue program back in 2001. She was adopted along with her sister Mandy and they spent 5 years at their adopted home being loved, due to personal circumstances that arose, Mandy and Sunrise were forced to come back into the rescue program. Mandy and Sunrise were very young when they were first adopted and the former owners did not train them under saddle. However, I believe that they would be very easy to train under saddle considering how loving they are and how eager they are to please.

Since Mandy and Sunrise have never been apart, we would like to adopt them out together. Both have a current negative coggins, both up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. If you are interested in giving these sweet girls a loving, forever home, please submit an application today.

Mandy and Sunrise have been adopted to a wonderful family in Newalla, Oklahoma. Mandy and Sunrise is going to be very well loved and spoiled by a lot of great kids. We are thrilled that these girls have found their forever, loving home together
