Lucky arrived in our rescue program April 30, 2004. Lucky is a 3 year old Quarter Horse gelding. Lucky is suffering from a severe case of Ulcers. He was previously scoped and found to have an ulcer bleeding profusely. Lucky is currently being fostered on pasture, per vet's recommendation. Lucky should heal after appropriate pasture time and enjoying the time of just being a horse. Lucky is one of the sweetest horses we have come to know and he never passes up the chance to come give us hugs.

Lucky has been adopted to the wonderful family that so generously fostered him for us at a time of need. They fell in love with him and couldn't bare to let him go. Lucky is doing great and loves his new extended family, which also consists of two other horses. We are thrilled for him.
