Bullet   Bullet's hooves

Bullet, Feb 2007

Bullet is a 7 year old, Sorrel Stud. Bullet was in extremely poor condition upon arrival, his feet were long and curling and he had severe Girth Burns. Bullet has received his first hoof trimming and doing well. Once the case is closed, we will update with more information as well as updated pictures.

You can sponsor Bullet for $100.00 a month.

Donations are greatly appreciated and tax deductible.

Update 2/13/07 - Bullet is a sweet boy! He has gained a lot of weight and is scheduled to be gelded this week. He will not, under any circumstances, be adopted out as a Stud. Bullet has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and feet maintenance. Due to our large rescue numbers right now, we don't have the ability to assess each horse to determine their riding back ground. We are very sorry for this! We just don't have enough man power to assess 60 plus horses. Training is available in the Spring and Summer months if needed. If you are interested in adopting Bullet, please submit an application today. You must have an application on file, prior to scheduling a visit with Bullet.

Update March 2007: Bullet was gelded on February 16, 2007. We had an opportunity over the weekend to saddle up and ride Bullet. Bullet is broke to ride. It took him a few minutes to get back in to the swing of things but settled into the ride quickly. Bullet is a sweet boy, very well mannered when you are handling him and working with him. He deserves a wonderful home.

Bullet has been adopted to a wonderful family in Wayne, Oklahoma. Bullet is going to a great home, where he will have lots of acreage and enjoy the life of checking cattle and being spoiled rotten. I am thrilled that Bullet has found his forever home.
