Tempest came into our rescue program on April 06, 2013. Tempest came from the Seminole County Sheriff's Office along with 62 other horses and 3 Llama's as a severe cruelty case. Seminole County investigated an animal cruelty case consisting of over 120 animals, where several carcasses were found. Sadly, for many horses, help came too late. We were able to assist Seminole County and save 63 horses and 3 Llama's from neglect. Tempest is a Beautiful, Black/White, Paint, Miniature, Mare. Tempest is estimated to be 7 years of age. Tempest is a body score of a 4. She is infested with internal/external parasites, has rain rot and is mildly anemic. Tempest foaled a Beautiful, Gray, Miniature, Colt on May 7, 2013. Momma and Baby Titan are both doing great. Baby Titan is full of life and personality. You can see how much Tempest has improved in just 30 days. Even with a little bit of improvement daily, she still gives all she has to raise her beautiful baby. All of the horses are doing great and improving daily. Many have a long road of recovery ahead of them, while many others will be coming available for adoption soon. Tempest is super sweet and very smart. She loves attention! She loads in a trailer and stands for the farrier. Tempest & Titan will be coming available for adoption soon. We will update as they progress. Tempest and Titan have been adopted to a wonderful family in Wellston, Oklahoma. Tempest and Titan are going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in there forever, loving home. We are thrilled that these two sweethearts will be able to remain together and both will receive all the love and attention they deserve from their forever, loving family.

We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
