Latte came into our rescue program on December 2, 2011. Latte came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division. Latte is a Beautiful, Red Roan, Quarter Horse, Mare. Latte is estimated to be 2 years of age. Latte is a sweet girl, very smart, loads in a trailer, stands for the farrier and loves attention. Latte has an abscess in her foot and will require corrective trimming. She is on the road to recovery and hope to update her status soon. Please consider making a donation towards Latte's Rehabilitation. We will update as she progresses.
Update 5/1/2012 Latte is now seeking her forever, loving home. Latte is super sweet, but can be difficult to catch. She looks great and has really filled out nicely. She is going to be a nicely built horse. Latte's feet are doing much better. She is currently in front shoes to allow sole growth, but she will not need to be in shoes on a permanent basis. She may require them once she is started under saddle and hitting the trails, but so far, she is doing great and is extremely comfortable. Latte is not broke to ride, but she is ready for a family to teach her what she needs to know and start a job. Latte is going to make someone an excellent horse. Latte currently stands about 14.2 hands tall. She has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and hoof maintenance. If you are interested in adopting this sweet girl, please submit an adoption application or call/email to schedule an appointment to come visit Latte.
