Keaton came into our rescue program on August 24, 2017. Keaton came into our rescue program from the Hughes County Sheriff's Office as a cruelty case along with 9 other horses. Sadly, 1 horse we lost shortly after the seizure due to the extreme nature of his neglect. We tried everything to save him, but he was too far gone and didn't have the energy to fight. Thankfully, help arrived in time for the remaining horses. Keaton is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Paint/Quarter Horse, Gelding. Keaton is a super cute little colt that was estimated to be 3 months of age. Keaton is very thin with a body score of a 2. We have to supplement the Keaton as he is not able to survive off of his mother. Keaton is in poor body condition also, as you can tell he has only been receiving the bare minimum for survival. This little guy wouldn't have thrived without some much needed supplements and grain. We will update as Keaton improve's. Please consider making a donation towards Keaton's Rehabilitation.

Update May 2018 Keaton is now seeking his forever, loving home. Keaton is now a little over a year old. Keaton is a sweet boy and loves attention. He does need a lot of hands on, as he is young and unsure. Once caught, he improves greatly. Keaton is halter broke and broke to lead, but still can be a bit rusty from time to time. Keaton needs work standing for the farrier. Keaton has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and hoof maintenance. If you would like to adopt this beautiful boy please submit an adoption application or call/email to schedule an appointment to come visit Keaton.

Keaton has been adopted to a wonderful family in Norman, Oklahoma. Keaton is going to be extremely spoiled rotten and well loved in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this handsome young boy found the forever, loving family he deserves, where he will be showered with the love and attention he needs.
