Gatz

Gatz came into our rescue program on August 23, 2011. Gatz came from the Piedmont Police Department. Gatz along with 10 other Belgian's and 1 mule were surrendered to the Piedmont Police Department, as the former owner was no longer able to provide the proper care they needed. Piedmont Police Department requested us to take the horses. These pictures were not taken the day the horses were removed. Once Blaze's was able to pick up the horses, they had received several days of a good nutritional diet, therefore, changing their body condition. Gatz is a Beautiful, Red Roan, Belgian Draft, Gelding. Gatz is estimated to be 5 years old. Gatz is a body score a 3 and mildly anemic. His feet are in very poor condition and in need of dental work. Gatz is currently in foster care and once he has been rehabilitated and received all his medical work, he will be placed for adoption. We will update as he progresses. Please consider making a donation towards Gatz' rehabilitation.

Gatz has been adopted to a wonderful family in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Gatz was adopted along with Monty and both are going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in their forever, loving home. We are thrilled that these two sweet guys have found such a wonderful family.
