Donno came into our rescue program on December 17, 2022. Donno came into our rescue program from the Coweta Police Department along with 2 other horses as a cruelty case. Donno is a Beautiful, Black/White Overo, Paint/Gaited Breed, Gelding. Donno is estimated to be 16 years of age upon arrival into our program. Donno is thin with a body score of 4. Donno is missing his left eye. We are not sure when his eye was surgically removed or why. He has adjusted well to it and it doesn't seem to bother him. Donno is super sweet and loves attention. Donno's bloodwork shows him to be anemic. Donno is halter broke and broke to lead. Donno has a long road of recovery ahead of him. We will update as he progresses. Update May 2023 Donno is a sweet boy and now seeking his forever, loving home. Donno is super sweet and loves attention. Donno is broke to ride and is currently being worked with weekly on improving his ground manners and tuning up. Donno stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Donno has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, dental and hoof maintenance. Donno has been adopted to a wonderful family in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Donno is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this sweet boy found the forever, family he deserves where he will be showerd with love and attention.
