AuroraAurora

Aurora came into our rescue program on November 7, 2011. Aurora came from the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office. Aurora is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Mare. Aurora is estimated to be 5 years of age. Aurora is super sweet, very smart, stands for the farrier and has such a sweet dispostion. Aurora still needs to gain a lot of weight, but she is slowly improving. We will update as she progresses. Please consider making a donation towards Aurora's rehabilitation.

Update August 2012 Aurora is now seeking her forever, loving home. Aurora is super sweet, but can be difficult to catch from time to time. She loves attention and is a very smart girl. Aurora stands at 14 hands tall. Aurora stands for the farrier and is halter broke and broke to lead. She is not trained under saddle, but ready for a family to start her training and give her lots of love and attention. Aurora has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. If you are interested in giving this sweet girl the forever, loving home that she deserves, please submit an adoption application or call/email to schedule an appointment to come visit Aurora.

Aurora has been adopted to a wonderful family in Belle Plaine, Kansas. Aurora picked her family 4 visits ago and when Aurora wasn't picked for the Trainers Challenge, her family knew it was meant to be. Aurora is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten. She will be joining a former rescued horse in her forever, loving home. We are thrilled that Aurora found her forever, loving family!
