Alec came into our rescue program on July 23, 2022. Alec came into our rescue program from the Blaine County Sheriff's Office along with 1 other horse. Alec is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Gelding. Alec is estimated to be 7 years of age. Alec is in very poor condition, with a body score of a 2. Alec is anemic, which is likely from poor nutrition and parasites. Alec is super sweet and loves attention. He stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. This sweet boy has a long road of recovery ahead of him. We will update as he progresses. Please consider making a donation towards Alec's Rehabilitation.
Update April 2023 Alec is doing great and is now seeking his forever, loving home. Alec is currently being worked with weekly under saddle. Alec is broke to ride! We would recommend an intermediate to experienced rider. Alec and Beth are pretty attached, and we would love to see them adopted together, if possible. Alec stands at 15.1 hands tall. Alec and Beth both will make someone excellent horses. Alec stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Alec has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, dental and hoof maintenance. Alec has been adopted to a wonderful family in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Alec is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this handsome boy found the forever, loving family he deserves, where he will be showered with love and attention.
