Powder came into our rescue program on October 31, 2022. Powder came into our rescue program from the Norman Animal Welfare Division along with 5 other horses as a cruelty case. Powder is a Beautiful, Gray, Quarter Horse, Mare. Powder is estimated to be 14 years of age upon arrival into our program. Powder is thin with a body score of 4. She is a sweet mare but tends to be a bit aloof. She will require a lot of time and patience to trust. Powder is halter broke and broke to lead. Powder has a long road of recovery ahead of her. We will update as she progresses. Please consider making a donation towards Powder's Rehabilition.

Update May 2023 Powder is now seeking her forever, loving home. Powder is super sweet and loves attention. Powder is a beautiful girl and with the right amount of time and training, she would make someone a great horse. We do not believe Powder to be broke to ride. Powder is halter broke and broke to lead. Powder stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Powder has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, dental, and hoof maintenance.
