Dunella came into our rescue program on April 19, 2018. Dunella came into our rescue program from the Jones Livestock Auction. Dunella is a Beautiful, Dun, Quarter Horse, Mare. Dunella is estimated to be 22 years of age. Dunella is very thin, body score of a 1, and infested with external/internal parasites. I had gone to the sale barn when we was alerted one of our rescued horses was there to be sold. Thank God our brand continues to protect our horses. I went just to get our former rescue back, but saw this poor girl go through the ring and simply could not leave her behind. Dunella is a sweet Girl and loves attention. Dunella stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Dunella has a long road of recovery ahead of her. We will update as she improves. We are generally available BY APPOINTMENT Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and generally anytime Friday - Sunday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
