Dibs came into our rescue program on March 21, 2016. Dibs came into our rescue program as an owner surrender along with 2 other horses due to the expected death of the owner. Dibs is a Beautiful, Sorrel/White, Paint, Mare. Dibs is estimated to be 12 years of age. Dibs has been a pet all her life and extremely well loved. She is overweight and has been overfed which unfortunately, that lead to founder. Dibs has significant rotation in her front right foot. She is currently lame but we are working on getting her comfortable. Dibs will have a long road ahead of her and hopefully, we can get her sound again. Unfortunately, only time will tell. Dibs is Halter Broke and Broke to lead. She loads in a trailer but needs significant work with standing for the farrier. Dibs has never had her feet done prior to us working with her. We will update as Dibs continues to improve. Please consider making a donation towards Dibs Rehabilitation.

We are generally available BY APPOINTMENT Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and generally anytime Friday - Sunday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
